Marguerite owned "Pastabilities," a Fresh Pasta business and Restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and was voted "Best Pasta in America!" by CNN during the 20 year period it was open!

*The author, Susan Marguerite Oliver, was a private and charter chef aboard sail and motor yachts for over 25 years, cruising the US East Coast, Bahamas, Caribbean and Europe.

(Additionally, she held positions in country clubs, restaurants,

and catering companies).


Susan is Marguerite's daughter, and was with her mother in her flavorful kitchen since she was 4 years old.  Marguerite would prepare elegant and delicious seven course feasts for their  guests, and Susan would be by her side, assisting! 

She contributed many of the recipes, as well~
